Athletics for Kids

A privately funded charity to assist B.C. children ages 5 to 18 participate in amateur sport.

Child must be currently enrolled in school.

Basic registration fees are covered, up to an annual maximum of $450.

Camps are not covered.
Canadian Tire's Jumpstart

Children can be funded for successive seasons in an activity, up to a maximum of $300 per activity.

The annual maximum amount a child is eligible to receive is up to $600, subject to Chapter discretion and/or local demands.

To be eligible for funding for one or more children, families must first meet specific financial criteria as per Revenue Canada’s Low-Income Cut-Offs (LICO) chart.

Children must fall between the ages of 4 - 18 years old.

A community-based sport funding program to help kids age 18 and under participate in a season of a sport of their choice.

Grants are a maximum of $200, to go towards participation/ registration fees.
